In a world engineered to confuse and divide, reclaiming your personal energy is a revolutionary act. Power is not brute force; it is coherence. Perception is not what you see, but how you sense the field around you. Purpose is not a goal, but a frequency you were designed to live. When your energy centres are clogged with inherited trauma, karmic residue, and subconscious contracts, your field becomes noisy – and your clarity, muffled. To live sovereignly, you must clean your lens and realign with your original blueprint.
Unseen Agreements: The Weight of Old Contracts
Many of us carry unspoken agreements – some ancestral, some karmic, others formed in moments of vulnerability. These psychic contracts bind us to patterns that no longer serve, such as scarcity, illness, betrayal, or shame. They act like scripts written by someone else, running silently in the background.

- Stretch it up into the Prime Creator, through the Galactic Central Sun.
Now scan through your chakras, starting from the crown down to the root. One by one, visualize each energy center gently compressing to the size of a tennis ball. This is not a contraction in fear, but a concentration of light.
Next, from above, visualize golden light descending from the Source – through the cosmos, through the stars, through the crown – gathering in your solar plexus.
At the same time, see the magnetic energy of Gaia rising up from the Earth, through your root and into the solar plexus.
These two streams merge in the center of your being. Watch this alchemical light spread throughout your organs, bones, cells, atoms, skin, and subtle layers.
Now, send 10% of this balanced field back to Source. Send 10% to Gaia, in gratitude.
Releasing the Contracts 📜
Before expanding the energy centres once again, a crucial step in reclaiming inner authority is the dissolution of old contracts. These may include karmic agreements, ancestral bindings, unconscious vows, or energetic permissions made before this incarnation or during times of trauma. In a state of deep meditation, imagine yourself standing in a room or field filled with these energetic contracts. You don’t need to read or understand each one – just trust that they exist and are ready to be released. With clear intention, begin dissolving them: see them burning in sacred fire, crumbling into dust, or returning to Source light. Each contract released frees a part of your sovereign essence, once tied to outdated loops. As you witness this inner clearing, affirm your readiness to live aligned only to your highest truth, now.
Finally, reopen your chakras from the root upward, expanding each one to its natural size and infusing it with its resonant color and light. Breathe gently into the present moment.
Technique 2: The Blessing of the Energy Centers

- Breathe in and visualize it glowing with red light.
- Say internally: I bless this center with stability and life force.

- Solar Plexus: I bless this center with confidence and clarity.
- Heart: I bless this center with love and compassion.
- Throat: I bless this center with truth and expression.
- Third Eye: I bless this center with vision and insight.

🌀 Sonic Alignment: The Sacred Tones of the Chakras
Each chakra resonates with a unique frequency, and through vocal sound – sacred syllables known as bija mantras – we can attune the energy body, clear blockages, and restore inner harmony. This is a practice not just of voice, but of vibration.
Begin in stillness, then chant each sound slowly, deeply, and with presence, feeling it resonates in the body. Let the sound expand from the chakra outward, as if washing it in light. Hold each tone for a comfortable breath length – typically 6 to 10 seconds—then pause briefly before the next.

🔮 OM vs. AUM – Which One Goes Where?
The confusion between OM and AUM arises from their deep symbolic overlap and different interpretations across traditions.
- OM (ॐ) is the sacred primordial sound. It’s often pronounced as a single syllable, but phonetically, it contains three sounds: A-U-M. So OM and AUM are essentially the same, but AUM makes the inner components more explicit.
- In some traditions:
- OM is chanted at the Third Eye, representing the soundless sound (anahata nada) of pure awareness and deep insight.
- AUM is used at the Crown, representing union with divine consciousness – the totality of creation (A), preservation (U), and dissolution (M).
- In others, it’s reversed:
