Hello everyone, my brothers and sisters, this is Tamir Turgal. I’m a lawyer who deals with medical rights, human rights, rights in the field of education, and today we are going up a level. I am filming a video, something I have not done for a long time, because really, I am receiving a lot, a lot of inquiries from parents that the Ministry of Education has decided to step up a level. What do I mean? There is the annual health declaration for the child, which is a false and distorted document, that they made, so the parents will have to approve medical procedures, like vaccines, screening tests, and so on. And right now, the Ministry of Health is trying to oblige parents to sign the health declaration after I, as a lawyer who deals with this field for a few years already, also published a guidance, a document that is distributed for free all over the country. Parents can fill it out and instruct the school not to come near with their injectors, with all their medical procedures, that someone is doing business on the backs of our children, like raw material, and to prevent this. And also, the Ministry of Health is trying not only to deal with this thing, but to force the parents to sign the health declaration on its behalf. And here I want to clarify an important point that I passed on in previous videos, and maybe this video will reach also those who already saw previous videos, and also those who don’t know, so it’s important that everyone pays attention and understands. You, the citizens, citizens of the State of Israel, you are the sovereign. And therefore, whoever works on behalf of an executive authority, like the Ministry of Education, he owes you accountability and not the other way around. And if he wants from you that you break the medical confidentiality of your children, and you write to him a declaration that the child is healthy or not healthy, and that you agree to vaccines – which is forbidden, by the way. According to the law – for every vaccine separately informed consent must be received, and it is not possible to give the consent in advance and to mark a checkmark in all kinds of boxes. Here I want this, and this I don’t want – it doesn’t work like that. The whole document is a document that really goes against the public interest, but it does not go against the institutional interest. And now they also “showed initiative” and decided to do it online, because in the end they want to turn us into a small China, that all the information about us is concentrated with the state and the establishment. And this is a very dangerous thing, especially in a democratic state, and we want to keep it that way, right? Interesting that so many people, who are shouting in the streets that they are going out, want to preserve democracy precisely they don’t care. For example, during the Corona period they didn’t care about the green pass, or that there were chairs that it was written on them, that they are for vaccinated only, lounge chairs in Tel Aviv on the beach. But let’s leave that aside. The bottom line that I want to focus on, and it is that already they told people – they sent me today – that some school principal said: this is a Director General’s Circular so it’s a law. The school principal in the State of Israel does not understand what the difference is between a law and a Director General’s Circular. A Director General’s Circular can only be relevant to people that the Director General directs them. We, citizens of Israel, the parents, do not work for the Director General of the Ministry of Health, he works for us. He does not direct us, and he was not given legislative powers to make us sign forms, and tell us what to do, certainly not to violate the medical confidentiality of our children. And therefore when someone says this is legal, and I also saw on the website of the Ministry of Health, it is written, they have questions and answers: is it mandatory to fill out the health declaration? It is written, yes mandatory. But there is no legal source for this obligation, because it is not mandatory. They are trying the “successful method.” So, I return and emphasize not only are we not obligated to fill it out, but it is also advisable not to fill out the health declaration. That is my recommendation. Do not do anything that you are not obligated to do. Certainly when it comes to the medical confidentiality of your children. And by the way, you are obligated, by law, the Capacity and Guardianship Law, to keep the privacy of your children’s information, as much as it is required to keep it. And in my opinion, only the parent will decide if the child even has problems, which problems among the problems that he has, he will tell the school about, and which not. Because not everything is relevant to the school. And therefore, my brothers and sisters, I hope someone will also make a translation of this video, and I hope it will be spread in many, many places. The Ministry of Education, which here is serving as an arm of the Ministry of Health, they are under pressure. The public is waking up. The public does not buy this anymore. The public is not a sucker to continue to give its children as raw material to commercial companies, to inject them with poison. This story is over. All over the world – in Israel they are still asleep on their nose – but also here people are waking up, and I very much ask that you make use of this, do not fear, you do not need to explain to them, you do not need to give justifications. You need to say to the teacher, to the principal, to whoever it is: I request the joy (document) in law, and if it is a Director General’s Circular, send me it, send me it.
